•   Michelle Desmyterto schedule UIM-WP meeting on 1 March.

•   All members to suggest revisions to the section on voting to reach final agreement.
•  Find language for the case of suspension. 
•  Yesim Nazlar to schedule final call of the UIIM-WP on Monday, 22 February.
•  Members to review final document the week of 22 February.

•  Evin Erdogdu to update the page on Why ALSes have been Rejected in the Past to clarify reasons
•  Evin Erdogdu/ Yesim Nazlarto add responsibility of annual follow up with individual members re meeting the criteria/SOIs. 
•  Alan Greenbergto draft text that prospective member cares about users.
•  Roberto Gaetanoto summarize minority comments. 
•  Roberto Gaetanoto consider revised text under Right to vote: better wording? .. “will have the right to vote in aggregate as a RALO individual member community” from David Mackey.
•  All Members to review all sections of the draft final report in the next two weeks.

•  Yesim Nazlar to add the UIM-WP attendance data to  appendix 1 of the UIM-WP Report 3.0
•  Report to state that there are no restrictions for individuals in leadership positions. 
•  Heidi Ullrichto create issue on the ability of Individuals to hold Leadership Positions.
