Webinar 3 renamed "Geopolitics and Cybersecurity" (as opposed to Cyberspace).

Speakers for upcoming webinars:

Note - after discussion, all open to main speakers/presenters inviting co-presenters, from outside of At-Large.

Main presenters:

• DNS Abuse: Jonathan Zuck
• Geopolitics and Cybersecurity: Joanna Kulesza
• Universal Acceptance: Ajay Data and Sarmad Hussein (Sarmad to put us in touch the various Chairs of the WGs, depending on the focus of the discussion)
• New gTLD Rounds and Subsequent Procedures: Justine Chew and one of the Co-Chairs of Sub-Pro

Duration - 90 minutes: 45 min presentation (max) with a 30min Q&A and then next steps.

Quizz - Zoom using anonymous feature. Other platforms mentioned but after research, Zoom is adequate.

Survey Questions - In addition to the suggestions from Alfredo via email, hereafter from Cheryl:

• DId the webinar duration allow sufficient time for questions?
• Was the presentation engaging?
• Where your needs met through this webinar?

Certificate of attendance - discussion around how this could be done. No clear outcome as attendance can't be limited to 'being present' at a webinar. Discussion around completing the post call survey and generating some form of certificate. No final outcome.

Promoting Webinar - At-Large staff will share with other SO AC Support Leads to email to their lists, promote via all Social Media Channels (Twitter, Facebook). NOTE with Zoom security issues, no passwords to be shared on Social Media
