10:49:06 From Vrikson Acosta : @Gisella, everyone who hasn't got the visa doesn't have the same issues. Some will request for it at the city where they live. I have to travel to the capital city of the country where I am, that is Narnia, a.k.a. Venezuela, and then travel to another country, (colombia), where the Canadian Embassy is located. I don't know how long they will take to issue the visa, and the previous process of biometrics, and the cost, and if there have a waiting time between processes. And due to monetary restriction imposed by the regime since so long, there are issues regarding the associated to getting the visa as well as to participating in Montreal. So, I guess mine is one of the most difficult cases of getting visa and traveling abroad. Please do help.
