I have no commercial or non-commercial interests in ICANN or its work except as follows: (a) I am a member of the WIPO panel of UDRP arbitrators and decide approximately two cases each year.  I am paid $1,000 per case assigned and decided. (b) I list my participation in ICANN and its supporting organizations on my website, resume, bio and other marketing material.
