Alan Greenberg
At its 30 Jan 2014 meeting, the ALAC approved a motion which effectively adds to section 19.10. These changes should ultimately be formally integrated into the RoP.

If there is only one candidate, the Board seat is filled by acclamation. For other positions, that has been the long practice in ALAC but is not explicit.
