- Carlton Samuels: Viability of meeting is key requirement. No lowering of quorate rules. Add regional representation as attribute of quorum

- Darlene Thompson: I believe that the 30% quorum for RALOs should not reflect the quorum for the ALAC. RALOs are dealing with ALSs that are NOT elected persons so they are under less of a duty of care than our elected reps. I would expect MUCH more from elected ALAC members that are elected into a position of trust by their region. This is why attendance metrics is so important for the ALAC.
