I has been working for Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ as a head of pr&marketing, external relations and project lead since 2007, managed various regional and local industry and Internet Governance events in Russia and Eastern Europe.

I have been involved in IDN/UA Programs since 2007: participated in the Fast Track Process for delegation of Cyrillic ccTLD .РФ in 2008-2009; worked on applications for several New gTLDs during the first round of ICANN New gTLD Program, including an IDN New gTLD, in 2012-2013; Ex-Chair of UASG Communications Working Group (2020-2021); have served as a Chair of Regional Coordination Group on Universal Acceptance in CIS and Eastern European countries and a Chair of Russian Working Group on Universal Acceptance since 2019.

A speaker/presenter at numerous conferences, including WSIS Forum, Global IGF, Eurodig and other regional/national IGFs, regular ICANN meetings,  CENTR and APTLD workshops, Eastern European DNS Forum, Eurasia Network Operators’ Group conferences, RIPE NCC regional meetings, TLDCON, etc.
