ICANN reviews
All the Specific and Organizational reviews are finalised and some of them are still in implementation phase.
Those implementations were followed by the OFB-WG Recommendation Prioritization Sub-Group Workspace.
From the ATRT3, there are 2 recommendations that can be of interest and importance for At-Large (both ALAC and RALOs).
- Pilot Holistic Review (Recommendation 3.5)
- Continuous Improvement program (Recommendation 3.6)

Pilot Holistic Review Revised Draft Terms of Reference Webinar
The Public Comment proceeding for the Pilot Holistic Review Draft Terms of Reference revealed diverging views on the pilot as well as the Holistic Review. In response to an analysis of the public comments, the Organizational Effectiveness Committee of the Board reconvened the Terms of Reference (ToR) Development Team in March 2023 to address the questions and issues raised during the proceeding.
The Development Team concluded its work in July 2023 and would like to invite the community to attend an informational webinar on 21 August 2023 at 18:00 UTC to discuss the revisions to the ToR document.

During the At-Large session at ICANN78
The participants will discuss the point of view of At-Large regarding this new term of reference (TOR).
Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP)
The recommendation is to evolve the organizational reviews into Continuous Improvement Programs.
During the At-Large session at ICANN78
The participants will discuss how (and when) to implement the CIP for At-Large (RALOs and ALAC).
