The ICANN64 Community Forum took place from 9-14 March.
The weekly Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG) meeting on 27 March featured an update from At-Large EPDP Member Hadia Elminiawi on upcoming EPDP Phase II next steps. There was also a discussion on follow up from ICANN64 policy activity, including an ICANN64 Policy Discussions Summary, At-Large Universal Acceptance Activation Pilot, and ICANN64 Talking Points (view-only Google Doc). The ALAC is currently developing a response to the proposed ICANN Charter on Government Engagement Approach, and plans to comment on the next public comment related to the EPDP. Leon Sanchez, ICANN Board Director selected by At-Large, presented and answered questions on the Charter. The At-Large community via the CPWG is also developing ALAC Advice to the ICANN Board on GNSO Expedited Policy Development Process (EPDP) on the Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data Policy Recommendations for ICANN Board Consideration.
