During August 2020, the CPWG held 3 weekly meetings. The CPWG reformatted their agenda to include Upcoming Public Comment Proceedings, and a process for assigning an ICANN Public Comment to either the CPWG or recently formed At-Large Operations, Finance and Budget Working Group (OFB-WG). The weekly CPWG meetings featured updates on EPDP II, SubPro and ongoing At-Large policy comments/advice, including an ALAC Statement on the EPDP Report and Addendum and the newly opened ICANN Public Comment on SubPro. In August 2020, CPWG meetings continued interpretation services to the Community in EN, ES and FR and exceeded an average of 40+ participants per call.
