dear all
my apologies, but a unexpected travel will take me out of Sao Paulo from this Thurday/ Friday not allowing me to attend the call.
Thursday, from 10AM till noon/ 1PM, is normally a difficult time for me, in general, since I have form more than 1.5 years time commitment with a client for a weekly call. The last calls were exemption since it was vacation time for them, but from now on Thursday morning may coincide with these calls. Since I believe we will start rotating to allow better time for our colleagues in other regions, this may become ok.
for this Thursday, apologies, but will not be able to attend.

The ccNSO Council discussed this matter briefly in its Council meeting today (20 Aug). Their programme committee is waiting for the face-to-face meeting in Dublin so that the full Council can discuss it properly with their community. They are considering a survey on what might be appropriate. So nothing has been decided by them as yet.
