I do consulting on IT, in transforming face-to-face teaching to an e-Learning modality, capacity building of K-20 faculty on integrating technology in teaching- learning strategies. Involved in Internet issues through various university groups and private and; public groups in Puerto Rico, continental U.S. and Latin America, I have done work in various Selection groups within ICANN,  ISOC, and IEEE. At ICANN have been a member of the Fellowship Program Selection Committee appointed by ALAC. With the ISOC Foundation, I have served as an Evaluator in various rounds of Beyond the Net (before revision). For the past few years have served on the Evaluation team for the Early Career and Mid-Career Programs. During the COVID-19 pandemic served as reviewing HAC/SIGHT Project Proposals. During my tenure as Coach/Mentor in the ICANN Fellowship Program, I had the opportunity to have a one-on-one relationship with my assigned mentees to aid each in identifying their expectations, and best interests in the different communities within ICANN, and determine where their professional experience could better serve the Policy Development Process, thus the ICANN remit.
