  • Wolf Ludwig will draft a proposal of themes to the ATLAS II Working Group.
  • Tijani Ben Jemaa to send a note to the Meeting Staff regarding the ATLAS II meeting room allocation.
  • Silvia Vivanco  to immediately get in touch with RALO leaders for their reuqirements for their Region's General Assembly in London, including duration. SV to feed back to the Events Sub WG.
  • Carlos Reyes to centralize ATLAS II subworking group action items. This is to include a dashboard that notes which subgroup is responsible for each action item..
  • Julia Charvolen to schedule next Events subworking group call for Friday, 20 December at 1600 UTC.
