Dave Kissoondoyal: Evan - Also we want to know the voting outcomes of any recommendation; the number of votes at the board level for as well as the number of votes against each recommendation

Adam Peake: Evan, excellent points. Asking for staff documents, presentations, etc. would be consistent with our joint comments with the NCSG after Brussels. And we also made this point to the accountability and transparency review team: perhaps this matter should also be noted with that group.

Evan Leibovitch: I can't say how I know, but there is substantial evidence. Once we see the board's briefing materials this will become clear.

Beau Brendler: Off topic but if anyone gets around to it...does anyone know where the board is on GNSO reform...there is a consumer constituency proposal still out there. If that whole thing is dead I would like to move on.
Beau Brendler: ...with a comment to the board that it shouldn't solicit applications from people and waste valuable time if it's not equipped to make decisions. The proposal has been out there for almost two years
