Heidi to follow up with Meetings Staff on approximate costs of catering for lunch.
Deadline for ALS templates to be extended to ALS to 2 June.
Olivier will keep WG updated on Affilias sponsorship. Will ask for Euro1 1,500.
Staff to check with Meetings Staff regarding cost of finger sandwiches/bottled water for Showcase.
Rudi to send message to Peter van Roste at Centr (cc Sebastien).
Heidi to confirm with Meetings Staff that the Name/logo of sponsor can be displayed at the Showcase and on the Flyer.
Heidi to confirm with Meetings Staff regarding sponsors for small amounts.
Rudi to ask Wolf if he could serve as Master of Ceremonies. Sebastien will serve if Wolf cannot.
Rudi/Heidi to follow up on issues related to catering.
Heidi to check numbers of EURALO brochures in MDR and look into printing additional copies if necessary.
