1) ATLAS II Survey Sub-Working Group to review previous surveys from ATLAS I to determine content (including types of questions) for ATLAS II survey in time for face to face meeting in Durban.

2) Carlos Reyes will work with Meetings Team to schedule an ad-hoc meeting of the ATLAS II Survey Sub-Working Group at the Durban meeting.
