Fatique/burnout or other maladies can account for the massive drop in interest in online involvement . We saw it recently at the North American School of Internet Governance. GSMA courses, etc. ie. DATA ANALYTICS course had 858 registrations and a very small handful active in discussion and on the Live session this morning at 4 am
