  • Joanna Kulesza suggested inviting Alexander Seger (Council of Europe) to present to the At-Large community regarding the treaty (potential single issue call). Noted it is a potential platform to build alliance with the GAC and their Public Safety WG. Gregory Shatan also suggested inviting/coordinating with Laureen Kapin.

  • Yrjo Lansipuro will suggest to the PSWG that this topic be added to the agenda of the next PSWG meeting where At-Large members are invited. Such informal meeting have taken usually taken place in connection with ICANN public meetings.

  • Jonathan Zuck / Sebastien Bachollet to reach out to Bertrand de La Chapelle to present to the CPWG.
  • Hadia Elminiawi noted an AI for ALSes to think about how to collaborate/engage on unique identifiers - who are the stakeholders, raising awareness for the interests for end users. Make users aware to be searching for secure protocols (i.e. HTTPS), express preferences for websites that are DNS signed, for a more stable and secure Internet. TBD: O&E SC may take up part, if not all, of this action item.
  • Gregory Shatan consider whether actually create a(n At-Large) charter for human rights (TBD), so that it is not exclusive to the NCSG. Potentially nominate a Co-Chair.
  • Abdulkarim Ayopo Oloyede to present on Recommendations for Early Warning for Root Zone Scaling during next week's CPWG.
  • Alan Greenberg noted Preliminary Issue Report on a Policy Development Process to Review the Transfer Policy extremely important to At-Large, having to do with GDPR, and volunteered for the drafting team of the ALAC statement.
  • Claudia Ruizto schedule next CPWG on Wednesday, 11 November at 20:00 UTC (not to conflict with ongoing IGF).
