Provide leadership in Managing Projects, Seminars and Colloquium of the Network.  Source for funding and initiative to sustain the Network’s Project.  Ensuring the development Internet Policy Initiative, research documentation and Publishing of the Networks thematic focus areas.  Interface and manage relationship between the Steering / Advisory body of the Network, Research Fellows and the Project Office.  Coordinating the Advocacy on Internet related policies efforts across multiple government and non-governmental entities.  Providing decision support system for the Steering / Advisory body of the Network  Review research works and do comparative analysis of data presentation
