NARALO has annual elections and the goal of the "Meet the Candidate Calls' is an opportunity for the ALS membership to ask direct questions to the candidates on their personal reasons why they have choosen at this time to run for the positions
The positions open for annual elections is Chair, Secretariat, ALAC and NOMCOM positions
Meet the Candidate Call on Wednesday May 17th at 5 to 6 PM EST
ALAC and NOMCOM Only in this round of elections since the Secretariat and Chair is not contested
We have two persons per each competitive positions.
Suggested process
An independent moderator will ask the questions and a separate person will be the time keeper
- Opening statement by the moderator on the rules
- All candidates can provide an opening statement on themselves, reasons for running and history with NARALO x 4 candidates
- Specialized questions per position per person
- Wrap up statements open to all candidates
