When submitting a comment that you want me to read out loud of the mic, once again provide your name and affiliation if you have one then start your sentence with a <COMMENT> and end it with <COMMENT>.  Text outside these quotes will be considered as part of “chat” and will not be read out loud on the mic. Any questions or comments provided outside of the session time will not be read aloud.

Poncelet Ileleji: (17:29) I think the Work of the Working Group is really important especially as it addresses the needs of the ICANN community

Wolfgang: (17:49) Good to remember the "pyramid". During the Toronto meeting it became clear that the idea of an  "ICANN Academy" is an umnbrellla concept which conists of a njmber of moduls - or as Olivier has said - boxes. Over the years, the leadership programm became the core modul. There are some other smaller moduls. The challenge is now to find out what are the one, two or three new moduls which are needed that the next generation of leaders will understand how to sail ICANN through the stormy waters of thre 2020s. Understanding history of ICANN is certainly one issue (which was discussed on todays former board Directors lunch) .
