Action Items: 2016-09-23 Joint Board Candidate Evaluation Committee (BCEC) and Board Member Selection Process Committee (BMSPC) Working Group call for Members and Alternates (Duplicate)

• Julie Hammer to include in the BCEC Operating Procedures are Guidelines that:
  • BCEC members and alternates formally acknowledge that they have read, understood, and would adhere to the finalized Code of Conduct
  • The BCEC alone has responsibility to finalize the Candidate Requirements; the ALAC does not need to ratify the Candidate Requirements
  • The BCEC Operating Procedures are Guidelines are to be submitted to the ALAC for ratification
• Tijani Ben Jemaa to send Julie Hammer the summary of the previous two rounds experience which will provide a basis for the BCEC Operating Procedures are Guidelines
• Tijani Ben Jemaa to circulate the guidelines and timeline via the BMSPC mailing list before the next BMSPC call
• Julie Hammer to work with Gisella Gruber & Heidi Ullrich to select a regular weekly meeting time for the BCEC via Doodle
• Tijani Ben Jemaa to invite Julie Hammer to the next BMSPC call to discuss the timeline and guidelines for the Board Director selection
