Action Items

1. Andrew Sullivan to prepare and provide additional text on operational (and separation) requirements relating to use of the iana.org domain.
2. Continue working in Google Doc.
3. Try to resolve discussion of how to frame question to the Board regarding their use of "neutral third party" in Board's August 15 statement: (a) How does Board define "neutral third party" and/or (b) Does Board consider the IETF Trust to be a "neutral third party"?
