Evan Leibovitch:I have little to say on this matter, except that my amazement that the community is allowing ICANN itself -- most certainly a self-interested stakeholder in the matter -- to control both the agenda and the process
Mohamed EL Bashir:ICG seeking independant secretariat, an overal indepedance in its delberations so some members prefer submitted the proposal directly to NTIA from this prosepctive
Evan Leibovitch:Stakeholders that are OK with the status quo may not like the process but will stomach it because the outcomes will be favourable to them.
Evan Leibovitch:I was at the IETF meeting in Toronto and attended the session on IANA stewardship
