When rules were drafted the level of support was different.
5. Collaboration tools
AI: Staff to set up a mailing list, open, 2 types of subscribers: active WG members and open to all who would like to join
Timeframe: Proposal: Acceptance by Singapore meeting. This also facilitates the electoral procesees to take place with the new rules.
Next call: End of September for the group as a whole.
Monthly call but as we get closer to March frequency may change.
