    On Policy and Implementation: This is a in ICANN-wide issue that spans all ACs, SOs, and indeed needs involvement of senior staff in more than just a supervisory role.

    The existing model – the GNSO has chartered its own working group model to which others are invoited -- is wholly unsuitable as a genuine cross-community consultation meant to serve both internal as well as the public interest.

    What must ICANN do to crate a truly inclusive process – in the chartering, discussion and problem solving phases – to accommodate the breadth of interests across and indeed beyond its community?
