History

On 21 November 2013 during ICANN48 in Buenos Aires, it was proposed the At-Large WHOIS Working Group and At-Large Registrant Rights and Responsibilities Working Group be merged into a single working group, and past emails be archived. The proposal passed via a call for a consensus, thereby forming the At-Large Registration Issues Working Group.
