Darlene Thompson: As Tijani said, we've been working on this for YEARS and have received considerable pushback from the regions. I think that the approach that Cheryl is proposing is a good one.

I am new to this system and I apologise if I don't appear to be participating as well as I should be.. but I am learning a lot from listening to the experiences of others and I will chip in if I have something meaningful to say..And the noise was pretty loud....
