LACRALO
- Unknown - likely organization/applicant was not legitimate (either not organized as stated, or used name/identity of existing organization/ALS).
NARALO
- Spam application/organization/applicant was not legitimate (either not organized as stated, or used name/identity of existing organization/ALS).
