AI: Darlene will check what ALSes have working URL and updated contact information.provide the final factsheets to put up on the pin boards. - COMPLETED

5.2. Outstanding Issues

Should we finalize the outstanding factsheets with publiy available information? If so, who will take the lead on it?Staff to send message to Darlene, Eduardo , Marilyn to meet at 1500 to put up factsheets, review the showcase - COMPLETED

6. Update on Website (Eduardo, Joly) (5 minutes)

AI: Staff will ask meetings to add a link note to the NARALO showcase on the main meetings website. - COMPLETED - ICANN Meetings informed us that this would be possible

AI: Joly will look into providing a laminated version of the NARALO RALO logo to be put on the banner.

AI: Joly to follow up with Matthias on setting up an eventbrite rsvp page - including making graphics. - COMPLETED, 19 participants signed up to the RSVP page on eventbrite so farshowcase page to remind people to register because space is limited. - COMPLETED
