ArAt-Large to hold 2 sessions per day within the core. At-Large sessions to be consecutive. Blocks 1-3 to be for At-Large. One session to be 60 min/one session to be 90 min .  Block 4 and 5 are sacrosanct for all to participate in cross-community sessions.
