NARALO  NARALO has annual elections and the goal of the "Meet the Candidate Calls' is an opportunity for the ALS membership to ask direct questions to the candidates  candidates on their personal reasons why they have choosen at this time chosen to run for one of the positions The  positions open for annual elections is open positions. in 2017, the open positions are Chair, Secretariat, ALAC and NOMCOM positions

The meet Meet the Candidate Call on has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 17th at 5 to 6 PM EST

ALAC and NOMCOM Only in this round of elections since the Secretariat and Chair is not contested

We have two persons per each competitive positions. EDT. Since there is only one nominee for the positions of Chair or Secretariat, the call will only feature the ALAC candidates and the candidates for NomCom.

Suggested process

An independent moderator will ask the questions and a separate person will be the time keeper

1. Opening statement by the moderator on the rules
2. All candidates can provide an opening statement on themselves, reasons for running and history with NARALO x 4 candidates 
3. Specialized questions per position per person
4. Wrap up statements open to all  all candidates
