- Circulate a clean copy of the letter and the table with a strong predisposition that it would be a final review, to the council mailing list for 24 hours, Friday 22 January 23:00UTC for final comments.
- Send the approved documents to the co-chairs of the CCWG on Accountability on behalf of the Council chair and vice chairs as the consolidated response to the Third Draft Proposal from the GNSO.

Alan and Avri volunteered to scope out the issue of voting thresholds in relation to implementation changes to adopted PDP recommendations for Council review. The Council will consider at a future meeting whether or not to refer this item to the SCI for further review.
Request GAC-GNSO consultation group to review GNSO Liaison to the GAC pilot project and request a report back to the Council. (The GAC-GNSO CG is actively working on these items)

James Bladel and David Cake reached out to the IETF members with the view to a possible meeting in Marrakech and a discussion as to how the two groups can stay coordinated going forward. Report back at the next Council meeting. No suitable time was found in Marrakech - to follow up for future meeting.

Following the approval of the addition to the GNSO Operating Procedures of a proposed process for the selection of Board seat #13 by the Contracted Parties House (per current rules in the Operating Procedures concerning the selection of Board seats by each House), staff to update the GNSO Operating Procedures.

Staff to update GNSO Operating Procedures following the adoption of the Final Report by the GNSO Council.
- Staff to proceed with submission of required documentation to the ICANN Board for Board action following close of public comment period on the Final Report on 16 March 2016.
- ICANN Staff to issue a call for volunteers for the Implementation Review Team, to be circulated at a minimum to the members of PPSAI PDP Working Group following approval of the recommendations by the ICANN Board.
