  Sivasubramanian M:Q:  Alan/Olivier, what is the summary of user concerns about the various components of the transition proposals, especially related to Accountability,  without an inclination to compromise, and without being resigned in helplessnes? In other words, what is the complete list of items in this proposal that you WISH weren't there, and what components that aren't there that you WISH were there?

  Alan Greenberg:Olivier, indeed. But luckily, it is not widespread at an AC/SO level, but far more focussed.

  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:but the loud mouths appear to rule in some communities. And everyone appears to be afraid of them. Everyone.

  Alan Greenberg:Yes, those who speak loud and long (and sometimes first) do hold sway. And that is a real problem with how we work.

  Alan Greenberg:Some changes will have INTENDED consequences, but consequences where the intention has never been publicized.

  Sivasubramanian M:Some of the CCWG proposal components exhibit the potential for “unintended” consequences of complicating the Transition Proposal process to such an extent that it leads to a situation where any form of rough consensus would be difficult and as a result ICANN weakened. Is there a possibility that some of the components arise from one or two inevitable participants with an unseen agenda?
