Original Description

On 21 November 2013 at the ICANN Meeting in Buenos Aires, it was proposed that the At-Large Whois Working Group and the At-Large Registrant Rights and Responsibilities Working Group be merged into a single group and past emailed be archived. This proposal passed by a call for a consensus and the At-Large Registration Issues Working Group was formed.
