This is a straw-man draft proposal to suggest an ATALAS ATLAS II working group (WG) structure and responsibilities to support the At-Large Summit II (ATLAS II). Its main purpose is to motivate a dialog and provoke the generation of new and better ways to structure the WG to move this endeavor forward when (if) approved. Comments are very welcome.
