RG - Commented that a key reason is to help make the internet a better place. 

AG - Noted people can contribute to At-Large without being an ALS or individual. Cited example of NomCom Appointees to the ALAC. However, people like feel to be part of a community. All this group should do is to find ways on how to make At-Large a welcome place to participate.
