First At-Large session to be the Welcoming with the Policy Platform and Talking Point Update. 

Wrap Up to invite Board Chair, VC and other Board members. 

Ar-Large to hold 2 sessions per day within the core. At-Large sessions to be consecutive.  Block 4 and 5 are sacrosanct for all to participate in cross-community sessions. 

Topics suggested: PICs ; How to encourage new gTLDs from non-Western countries; DNS Abuse; UA (including Edmon Chung and others in the APAC Region).
