We suggest the draft of a methodology to facilitate our work: 

1. Reading of the Operating Principle by all the members of the Working Group;
2. Collection of Opinions and contribution of the members of the working group on the Google Doc on section 5 of the Operating Principle relating to Individual membership; 
3. Preparation of questionnaires for individual AFRALO members ;
4. Organization of interviews on the zoom platform of individual members to collect their opinions and suggestions;
5. Finalization of opinions on GoogleDoc;
6. Triggering of the First phase of adoption of the modification of Section 5 of the Operating Principle by the members of the Working Group;
7. Voting principle is by majority vote of the members of the Working Group;
8. Organization of a webinar for ALS ;
9. Triggering of last phase of amendment (Acceptance or Rejection) by AFRALO's At-large Structure (ALS);
10.  Voting principle for the ALS is by majority vote of the ALS who have voted;
11. Entry into force of the Final Decision;
