Agenda:
1)      .  Discussion on the manner in which the advice that the ALAC gives to the Board could be formalized. The work of the At-Large Improvements WT D will be presented to show how ALAC is working to professionalize and strengthen its policy development processes.
2)      . Clarification by the Board of what they consider to be ‘consumers’ for the purpose of the upcoming policy work on consumer rights and protection. Does the Board view consumers as registrants, end-users or both?  
3)      . What is the Board’s view on how ICANN can encourage greater use of cross-constituency efforts. The ALAC  is of the opinion that active efforts to break down existing silos is required.
4)      . Given the assertion of the GAC over its own role in objecting to gTLD string proposals, what is the Board’s view on how the ALAC fits into this process as an important part of the checks-and-balances that such an important process requires?
