Two events were held in two days. The content of the presentation was exactly like that of Haiti. The first event was driven mainly organizers organizations and the state. This was not asked but it was really well used, due to the active participation of those present. The second event was open to the public; nevertheless there was strong competition among companies, government agencies, and ISPs. An unordered list of them is: Tricom - Intec - FUNOCOJ - Santo Domingo Cybernetic Park - Caribbean Bank SA - Indotel - Solumática - Women's Ministry - Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Dominican Association of Broadcasters - Unesco - Research Centre for Women's Action - NAP del Caribe - Listin Diario - UNDP - Dominican National Commission for UNESCO - Claro Dominican Republic - Orange Dominicana - netdom - Internet Dominican - Autonomous University of Santo Domingo - Dominican College of broadcasters - members of IPv6 Tasks Force RADES - Dominican Electricity Transmission Company.

On both days were verbally asked the same query: if I came representing their institutions or Internet end users. Most replied that as end users, except for a few companies and ISPs.

Very active participation was achieved, with numerous inquiries along both exposures, including discussions, always formal and polite tones. Was very particular comment from an ISP that said ICANN should not intervene in issues such as those related to special prices that they have the right to set. A member of an institution represented Civil Society, replied that it was not the only way and that this affected the principle of net neutrality. There were some more interesting interventions. Really an excellent contribution to our goals, as were almost all multiple stakeholders present.
The first meeting was not requested to respond to the survey, but in the second, to be answered anonymously, without being mandatory. Were obtained thirty-one answers to the following questions: "1. How did you like the content? Would contributed new knowledge? February. Regarding the duration of the presentation, did you find very extensive, very short? Three. Would you have liked to be submitted and other topics that were presented? (If yes, please specify). April. Which seemed exposures presenters? May. Do you have any other comments? Thanks for your time, your answers will be taken into account! "

Summary of responses.
Responses to the query 1. Among very good and excellent. He brought new knowledge.
Answers to query 2. Duration adequate
Answers to query 3. Few comments were received. The received were: "It would be interesting to attend educational events (workshops) showing the technical performance of the work in the ICANN accredited INTERNET ONLY"; "Awareness of end user security, women in ICANN At-Large". ; "Digital illiteracy, real possibilities of democratization of the contents of the Internet"; "Yes, how could the government institutions added to these issues and defend users and government entity"; "Network neutrality, ICANN transition."
Responses to consultation 4: Two Good six very good and excellent twenty, many highlighting the domain items.
5 Responses to consultation: "Could they have these events more often ...;". "As I am inside the country, I think I must have done at least in some regions of the country."; "I think we should get involved, I liked"; "Perfect Everything needed such exposures in our society."

Answers are available to anyone who wants to see them, after scanning. The purpose of the questionnaire is to improve our presentations and exhibitors also have to be accountable.

Brochures in Spanish and English, and on ICANN At Large, previously submitted by Staff, as had coordinated surrendered.

In both countries had different quotes for any payment in dollars (. Transportation, food, etc.) with varying values for any item, eg taxi, all being very high.
