Civil Society Materials Catalogue

A collection of materials and resources produced by ICANN civil society: At-Large and the Non-commercial Stakeholders Group and constituencies NCUC and NPOC. The list includes introductory materials about the groups themselves and materials they have produced on substantive policy issues. It does not include contributions to ICANN policy development processes, ICANN internal reviews, etc.  A comprehensive collection of current and historic materials and resources including policy contributions are available on the respective group's websites:

Many of the document titles are self-explanatory. These resources include webinars, which are seminars held online and will include a link to the original agenda, a streaming video of the event, mp3 recording and transcript, text or video materials.

2. General ICANN Topics

This section includes materials on topics such as IANA Stewardship Transition and enhancing ICANN accountability initiative, and general Internet policy matters.

3. Papers and Declarations           

These are general statements, comments and reports.  They do not include the many contributions made by each of the groups to ICANN policy development processes, working groups and reviews, which can be found on the group's respective sites. The materials here are more general in nature.

4. Materials from ICANN meetings and other conferences and events
