This section includes information about what the civil society groups in ICANN do, how to join and participate.  It also includes guides to ICANN's working group processes, communications tools.  The section begins with information about the At-Large and individual Internet users, followed by the Non-Commercial Stakeholder group and its two constituencies the Not-for-Profit Operational Concerns Constituency (NPOC) and Non-Commercial Users Constituency.  The final part is a series of webinars on Internet governance topics organised by the Asia-Pacific Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO).

APRALO webinar series

Instructional webinars on general ICANN and Internet governance topics organised by the Asia-Pacific Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO). These webinars introduce how the domain names system works, internationalized domain names (that is names that do not use the Latin script), the program to introduce new top level domain names and background on Internet governance.
