10) Purpose and Goals:

The European IGF is an important meeting attended many stakeholders and a key outreach opportunity for NCUC. I will be co-organizing a plenary session on ICANN and IANA transition issues and a flash session on the NETmundial Initiative.

11) Proposed Outcomes:Heightened awareness among European stakeholders of the opportunities to participate in the work of NCUC/NCSG/GNSO/ICANN. Increased contacts and collaborations between ICANN's civil society community and European colleagues not yet involved in ICANN. Potentially, new constituency/stakeholder group memberships. Expanded understanding of ICANN issues, processes, and objectives.
