  How does it work?
  
• Travelers are identified by their organization (e.g. ALAC)
• Annual Guidelines describe the process for receiving support
• Coordination of support is handled by the ICANN Constituency Travel Team
  
  Why does it work this way?
  
• To assist in the public participation process
• To effectively utilize the limited resources available
• To ensure travel arrangements are coordinated
