Saturday 22 March meeting:
Olivier is available to meet with you during the day. Suggested meeting point is close to the Newcomers Lounge which will be on the 4th floor - main foyer of the conference centre close to the registration desk. There are additional couches in that area.
Janice will be there during the day.
Gunela - as you are arriving on Friday, would you be available to meet with Olivier on Saturday late morning, 11:30am?
Anthony - you will be arriving during the night so if you are up on Saturday afternoon, would 3:15pm be suitable?
Mercy - I have you arriving Saturday (TBC) - If you are free around 2:30pm (all subject to your arrival time)

09:00 - 18:30: ALAC and Regional Leadership Working Session in VIP room
Informal meeting with RALO Leaders and Regional ALAC representatives.
Morning Coffee Break (subject to length of coffee break)
or 2pm (14h) in front of the ALAC room
18:00 - 20:00: Fellowship Social Event in Bencoolen
I will send out a listing every afternoon for the meetings of interest the following day. Please mentors/mentees liaise in order to define which are the important meetings to attend.
