  • SSAC will have a retreat in October 2010 on, the US East Coast. The agenda is still under discussion
  • The Board has changed the bylaws to reflect the terms of SSAC members. Previously, the SSAC members had no specific term. The ALAC liaison's term to SSAC will end on 31 December 2011.
  • The SSAC is still divided over the response they should give to the Root Scaling Report. The feeling is that, absent a precise number of gTLD applications that are going to be approved, and a precise timeline for their introduction, it is very difficult to give precise indications to the board in advance.
