Might I ask that the ALAC bring to the Board the question of Geographic Regions review? As EURALO Chair, I am faced with a growing flow of questions from people in some countries that are in the current ICANN AP region wishing to take part in EU region activities. the Geo Regions Review working group provided its final recommendations in 2015:
(one might also note that ICANN staff / Comms department has been getting the regions wrong in all of their document which is twice as embarrassing when I get asked questions about it)
Hello again — I just had a chat with ALAC Chair Alan Greenberg and he told me that the ALAC will NOT be meeting with the Board, as this is a Policy Forum.
