    During their call of 26 September 2012, the ExCom suggested the following topics:

    1) Public confidence in ICANN (which includes Compliance and WHOIS, and can touch on WCIT)

    2) Name protection (which includes IOC / RC / UDRP)

    3) ALAC Liaison to the GAC

    I would remove the bits in parenthesis, the contents were meant as notes of what I thought thoise topics would include.

    So my suggestion moving forward is:

    1. Public confidence in ICANN
    2. TLD name protection
    3. Establishing an ALAC Liaison to the GAC
