ALS Survey 2010:
Staff and small ALAC group will work on ALS analysis.
Matthias to recruit at least 3 ALAC members (most active in the development of the survey) to assist staff.
CLO will ask Pavan and ...to be on the ALS analysis. Asking Tijani to ask who from AFRALO will be in the group.
Tijani to look for a volunteer in AFRALO to assist Matthias with the analysis of the survey
The ALS Survey participants will be kept track of during the period that the survey is opened. ALAC representatives to feedback on their respective regions and encourage their ALSes to respond in time.
At-Large Improvements:
Regional leaders are to confirm with Matthias whether they would like Seth to be on either a single-purpose call or on the monthly regional meetings to provide an update on the At-Large Improvements.
At-Large Webinar:
Regional secretariats to have input into the content of the At-Large Webinar at their earliest convenience.
Regional meetings to add the issue of the webinar to agenda.
